In order to prepare for the appointment, you will have to know everything you would like stated on the affidavit. 3. Please be advised that the lawyer will not provide any legal advice on the document. If you have your own draft of Statutory Declaration/Affidavit and you just need this signed/stamped, it is considered a Commissioner of Oaths service. Please book a Commissioner of Oaths service if you have your own draft.
