Legal Fees vary for drafting a Simple Domestic Agreement with equal division of property to a more comprehensive agreement which includes child and spousal support.
Please note that for $350 is due for payment as non-refundable down payment, before the consultation meeting with the Lawyer. A balance is due as a retainer before preparation of the final draft of the agreement for adoption by the client.
It is strongly recommended that the other Party obtain Independent Legal Advice by another Licensed Ontario Lawyer before executing the agreement.
