Theodora Ubachukwu is a licensed Canadian Lawyer and member of the Law Society of Ontario. She established TIO Notary & Legal Services as a department under TIO Law Office to provide inexpensive and accessible everyday legal solutions to residents of the City of Hamilton and neighbouring communities.
